M.O.D.O.K.

M.O.D.O.K. is a character we have stated that we don’t really want to see in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but we’re slowly warming to the idea. As a Captain America villain, he might be a bad idea, as there are countless better options but, with Carol Danvers having a weaker rogues gallery, he might actually make a Captain Marvel movie more interesting.
He is George Tarleton "“ a man subjected to mutagenic process that gave him superhuman intelligence, perfect memory, and the ability to solve abstract mathematical problems nearly instantaneously. He can also calculate the mathematical probability of any given event occurring to the extent that he is essentially precognitive. He has a huge head as a result, which means he gets around in a strange floating device that offers him various offensive capabilities.
He might be a bit silly, but he would add a recognizable face to a Captain Marvel movie that might otherwise be lacking in them. He could cause Captain Marvel a few problems – both mentally and physically – and we’d welcome him appearing in her solo outing.
This next “villain” idea is very different from the others on this list.
