DC Comics has just announced a major shake-up with its lineup. The publisher revealed several new titles, as well as creative teams for ongoing titles, at CCXP in Brazil. Among the characters getting in on the action are Swamp Thing, Suicide Squad, Harley Quinn, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern.
First up, in March, the Suicide Squad will be getting a new ongoing title. This comes just after the previous run ended, which included the death of Deadshot. Robbie Thompson and Eduardo Pansica are behind the book. Swamp Thing will also be getting a new ongoing title in the form of a limited series from writer Ram V and artist Mike Perkins.
Also in March, Wonder Woman is getting a new creative team with co-writers Becky Cloonan, Michael W. Conrad and artist Travis Moore. They will take over with issue #270. Then we come to Teen Titans Academy, a new ongoing series from Tim Sherridan and Rafa Sandoval.
Over in Gotham City, Batman/Superman #16 will see Gene Luen Yang and Ivan Reis taking over creative duties on the series. Meanwhile, Detective Comics #1034 will bring in Mariko Tamaki and Dan Mora. As for Harley Quinn, her new ongoing book is coming from Stephanie Phillips and Riley Rossmo. Last, but surely not least, Geoffrey Throne is taking the reins for Green Lantern #1 in April 2021.

One thing that many of these creatives have in common is that they are working on the Future State creative initiative as well. Future State will offer a window into the future of DC Universe, bringing in new versions of classic heroes such as Batman, Wonder Woman and Superman. DC Comics also says that DC Connect #8, which will be available for free digitally or via retailers, will contain more info on Future State.
