The Justice League and the Avengers are the NUMBER ONE superhero teams of DC and Marvel Comics respectively. So, a battle between the two means the battle between the two most admired comic book franchise. It also means the destruction of the earth - how can our planet survive after a clash between two such assemblages of superpowers?
But if you are a comic book freak, you wouldn't care about survival of the earth - you would love to see the two superhero teams fight one another! Who would win in such a clash? That's a never-ending debate actually. And, we won't try to give a decision on who wins - we are just exploring the chances of standing victorious for both the Justice League and the Avengers.
Previously, we have explored what advantages the Avengers have over the Justice League, and now, we are just going to do the opposite! In this post, we will depict the reasons why the DC team of superheroes would win against the Marvel team.
On the next page - something that we all know very well, even the Marvel fans!
The Justice League Are Way Too Overpowered!
While DC Comics has filled its superheroes with powers at extreme levels, Marvel has had made its characters a little more flawed. If you are asked to narrate the powers of Superman or Shazam or Martian Manhunter, you are more likely to miss at least a few because there are so many diverse ones they possess! Green Lantern and Wonder Woman are overpowered as well!
Yup, Thor and Hulk from the Marvel universe are very strong and powerful superheroes too - but they are just two in number. But other Marvel superheroes who have been members of the Avengers at different times are less likely to stand against those DC superheroes.
Another advantage for the DC superheroes is that their powers can be projected from a distance. For example, if Superman or Martian Manhunter has to fight Hulk, neither of them needs to go near the rage monster - they can stand still at a distance and use heat vision or Martian vision.
And even someone like Batman who hasn't got any superpowers at all knows is a strong competitor for any of the Avengers (even the ones with superpowers) for his diverse combat skills, intelligence and high-tech weapons and accessories.

They Have Got More Speed Than The Avengers!
The Justice League has the "˜Fastest Man Alive' on their side - The Flash! Isn't that enough? If you are a Marvel fan, you would say, "What if we include Quicksilver in the Avengers line-up?" Well, even then, the speed of the DC team of superheroes is greater! Pietro Maximoff, aka Quicksilver, can travel at the speed of sound while Barry Allen can travel at a greater speed than that of light!
Just to remind you, the speed of light in air is a MILLION TIMES greater than that of sound in air! Is there a competition really? In the Marvel vs. DC limited edition crossover series of 1996, The Flash was able to beat Quicksilver for his superior speed and that wasn't decided by fan votes, unlike many other clashes of the series.
Apart from The Flash, a number of other Justice League members like Superman, Shazam and Martian Manhunter can travel at a good speed. Whatever be the Avengers lineup, they are surely going to struggle to match the speed of the DC superhero team.
On the next page - the final key reason for the Justice League to stand victorious against the Avengers!
The Justice League Has Got Greater Endurance!
While the Martian Manhunter and Aquaman are invulnerable, likes of Shazam and Hal Jordan are close to attaining invulnerability. Wonder Woman and Superman have impressive longevity and endurance, and The Flash can heal way too quickly. And, Batman can have his focus maintained even while in excessive pain. How could you beat such a team?
On the other hand, neither of Captain America, Iron Man, Ant-Man, Spider-Man, Vision, Black Widow and Hawkeye is known for their endurance and longevity. The Avengers, whatever is the lineup, need to outplay the Justice League with their intelligence, or they are surely going to get defeated by the DC superheroes.
