Justice League: Tower of Babel

If in Justice Lex Luthor is the one that incapacitates the Justice League, in Tower of Babel the Batman is responsible for the defeat of the League. As we see from the trailers of Batman v Superman, this new version of the character is a completely paranoid one (even if for good reason). Simply put it, even if he is a part of the team, he also prepares contingency plans just in case the League members become evil or are being controlled by some evil entity.

The comic book version had Ra’s al Ghul being the mastermind who steals Batman’s contingency plans. But we already had him in Nolan’s Dark Knight Trilogy, with the League of Shadows front and center in the first and third flick. So maybe another villain should be responsible for this.

And this is the best way to introduce some other big baddies, which can be revealed in Justice League Part Two. Obviously, we are once again considering Darkseid for this hidden role – but it might as well be someone else. Maybe even Brainiac, who was long rumored to be the main antagonist of the DCEU. He could control some Lex Luthor type of villain and make him steal the contingency plans.

Then, when the Justice League will be out-of-the-way, he will simply come and lay waste to the world.

One of the earliest rumors about the first Justice League films saw Brainiac coming to Earth, following the same beacon which brought Zod. We guess this could work out…
