‘Blade Runner’ sequel – rumors about the title

The main details are already established: Harrison Ford as Rick Deckard (not Ryan Gosling as it was previously rumored), Ridley Scott as executive producer, Denis Villeneuve directing from a script written by  Hampton Fancher, co-writer of the original, and Michael Green, plus the one of the greatest cinematographers, Roger Deakins.

What about the name of the sequel? Recent news from BBC report that Warner Bros., the production company for the movie sequel, has recently registered these domain names: bladerunnerandroidsdreammovie.com and androidsdreammovie.com, a hint to what might be the title of the movie. They suggest that the movie may be titled Android Dreams or Blade Runner: Android Dreams.

Given that the movie is an adaptation of Philip K Dick’s 1968 novel, “Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?”, the title BBC came up with is not a bad suggestion. But this is just a supposition.
