We’ve got multiple trailers for Avengers: Doomsday, with even more on the way. Marvel Studios and Disney are taking an unconventional approach to marketing the movie. A year out from the first Avengers movie since Endgame in 2019, several teaser trailers focused on various characters have been making their way online. The teasers first appeared in theaters alongside Avatar: Fire and Ash. But now, they’re available to watch from the comfort of home.
The first teaser focused on Steve Rogers, confirming that Chris Evans is making his return to the MCU following his send off in Endgame. The second teaser focused on Thor, while the third focused on the X-Men is out there as well. There are more on the way though and we’ll be collecting all of them here for you to watch in one convenient place.
Joe and Anthony Russo, aka the Russo Brothers (Infinity War, Endgame) are directing both Doomsday and 2027’s Secret Wars. Robert Downey Jr., who previously played Iron Man, is returning to the MCU as the villain Doctor Doom. That’s the big selling point for Doomsday, but that’s just one slice of what promises to be a big superhero pie. Doctor Doom is taking the place of Kang the Conqueror, who was originally supposed to be the big bad of the Multiverse Saga.

This only represents the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the massive Doomsday cast. It remains unclear how many of these players will return for Secret Wars. However, one assumes there will be casualties, meaning not everyone can be there for the conclusion of the Multiverse Saga. There’s also sure to be plenty of surprises in store.
What lies beyond Doomsday and Secret Wars largely remains a mystery. Marvel Studios has several movies set to arrive in 2028. No titles have been announced but we know the X-Men reboot, Blade, Doctor Strange 3, Black Panther 3 and Shang-Chi 2 are all in the works.
Avengers: Doomsday hits theaters on December 18, 2026. Avengers: Secret Wars is set to follow on December 17, 2027.
