Wasp Confronts Ghost in New Ant-Man 2 Set Video!

We recently came across a photo from the Ant-Man and the Wasp set that offered us our first look at the villainous Ghost. Now, we have a new on-set video in which Hannah John-Kamen’s supervillain clashes with Evangeline Lilly’s superhero.

In the latest set video, the stars' stunt doubles are seen in costume on the same flatbed truck shown in the recently released set photo. This time around, we get a better idea of the context.

It appears that the hostility between the characters is caused by an item inside a silver case. In one take, we see Wasp clutching the case as Ghost makes a grab for it. Interestingly, the Ant-Man costume is visible in another shot, so Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) might also be a part of the scene.

The case most likely contains some sort of advanced-tech item, as opposed to cash or jewels. That would explain Ghost’s connection to the movie's other antagonist, Sonny Burch (Walton Goggins).

Moreover, the official synopsis suggests that Ant-Man and Wasp are involved in an “urgent new mission” that will somehow lead to the discovery of “secrets from their past”. Apparently, they're not exactly your friendly neighborhood Ant-Man and the Wasp!

We also have some new on-set photos of Evangeline Lilly in her Wasp attire, except for the helmet. This particular version of the suit is a cut above the one she wore in the first official photo of her as the superhero. Check out the set photos below (via Twitter’s @CourtZ022)!
