All the 13 episodes of Marvel's Jessica Jones Season 3 are coming to Netflix next month.
The Christian Bale-heavy New On Netflix roster for June includes Jessica Jones Season 3, the last fruit of the Marvel/Netflix partnership. The streaming service has made the announcement on Twitter through its NX account.
However, the third and final season for the Krysten Ritter-led Marvel series is the only project in the roster that doesn't have an exact release date specified. You can check out the tweet below!
Ritter herself has posted a brief clip on Instagram which finds her hard-drinking private detective at a bar. But instead of taking a sip from the glass on her hand, she breaks it.
Next, the title card for the show pops up on screen, which also includes the texts The Final Season and Coming Soon. Here's the promotional video for you!
Meanwhile, Elite Daily has got its hands on a synopsis for the third season of Jessica Jones. The synopsis doesn't reveal the identity of the new big baddie, but describes the character as a highly intelligent psychopath.
It also seemingly teases the transformation of Rachael Taylor's Trish Walker to Hellcat, her superhero alter-ego in the pages of Marvel Comics. Check it out below!
When Jessica (Krysten Ritter) crosses paths with a highly intelligent psychopath, she and Trish (Rachael Taylor) must repair their fractured relationship and team up to take him down. But a devastating loss reveals their conflicting ideas of heroism, and sets them on a collision course that will forever change them both.
Apart from Ritter and Taylor, Carrie-Anne Moss (Jeri Hogarth) and Eka Darville (Malcolm Ducasse) are also expected return in Jessica Jones Season 3. Although showrunner Melissa Rosenberg appeared to tease Kilgrave's return on Twitter in February, David Tennant confirmed to EW the next month that his supervillain won't be back for the final season.
