The Flash and the Rogues

Since The Flash has lost director Rick Famuyiwa, it seems unlikely that the movie will make its March 2018 deadline. After all, there’s been no word that Warner Bros. has found a new director, and it would make sense for the shooting to begin in the following months.

The rumor is that Barry Allen will face the Rogues in his first solo outing. And that’s because they are many and they are his most well-known foes. Also, Jai Courtney made an awesome Captain Boomerang in Suicide Squad.

So who are the Rogues? They are Boomerang, Captain Cold, Heatwave, Mirror Master, Weather Wizard, The Top, and Pied Piper. So that’s a handful – but, given Flash’s superpowers, it should be interesting to see how they can pose an actual threat. Who knows? Maybe some evil speedster will join them…

I know – the CW series already has evil speedsters as its main antagonists. So what? I’m certain that a difference could be made.
