4. Where is Superman?

Superman’s location is one of the biggest remaining mysteries left after the trailer’s release. Is he still “dead”? Is he recovering somewhere? Or is he actually the final piece of the puzzle, the reason why Batman isn’t with the three other superheroes present at the Apokolips Tower?

A while ago, Zack Snyder teased that Darkseid would figure in the Man of Steel’s resurrection, so we can assume that it’s happened and that Darkseid (through Steppenwolf and his machines) now controls Superman.

We can further assume that Batman is trying to rescue him.

Does that sound familiar? Well, it should.
