Legends

Another storyline which could be tied with both Man of Steel and Batman v Superman and which could act as a prequel to Justice League Part Two is Legends. The storyline also features Darkseid, although he will remain hidden throughout the movie, to be revealed in Part Two.

Legends will thus see the introduction of Glorious Godfrey, who will infiltrate the highest circles of power on Earth and persuade everybody that the newly formed Justice League has the most malevolent intentions for humanity. Given the destruction presented in Man of Steel (as well as in the trailers for Batman v Superman), the people of Earth will be persuaded that Superman and co. are of no good.

So the better half of the movie should be all about the rhetoric of this new character – obviously, some heroic actions will be depicted. By Glorious Godfrey will use the power of persuasion to present them in the most negative way.

The third act, as always, should be all about the reveal of the villain – who will have to appeal to his own private army, The Justifiers. Who knows – maybe he’ll also appeal to some of Darkseid’s Furies in order to fend of the attacks of the Justice League.

As far as we are concerned, this is a better choice for a first Justice League flick.
