In this way, the Female Furies would be the superpowered beings to assist Talia al Ghul, the betrayed woman (there is no connection in the comics, but it doesn’t really matter – this would be a film). And the studio has plenty of Female Furies to choose from.

By bringing them in, Warner Bros would better connect the movie with the larger DCEU.
