Defiance toward the Accords

After the catastrophic events in New York in The Avengers, Washington DC in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Sokovia in Avengers: Age of Ultron and Lagos in Captain America: Civil War, the governments of the world united to implement the Sokovia Accords – a legislative bill that required superhumans to register as such and only operate when they are instructed to.

The governments believe that the Avengers should only be used as a last port of call against attacks on Earth – and that might mean that they’ll try to use military action against Thanos in the first instance. Of course, the Mad Titan will annihilate them and force the Avengers into action in spite of requests to stay out of the fight initially.

Moreover, Captain America’s team – who aren’t even registered, remember – will also have to step up to defend the Earth. Once they save the universe, surely the governments of the world will remove the Sokovia Accords from existence.

Now we move on to an exciting proposition involving two great super-teams.
