A Black Widow Solo Movie

Scarlett Johansson‘s Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, has become one of the most popular characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Having first appeared in 2010’s Iron Man 2, she has gone on to appear in both of the Avengers movies and in 2 Captain America ones.

However, the sexy former assassin and S.H.I.E.L.D. agent has been denied a solo movie to date – and that’s a crying shame. She’s an interesting character with a huge fan-base from both the comic books and the movies.

It might be too late for an origin story, but those origins could certainly be explored further in a solo movie. A movie in which the current Natasha delves into her past in the modern day would be something every MCU fan would surely enjoy.
