A Namor Movie

Ever since 2010’s Iron Man 2, when a S.H.I.E.L.D. map had markings indicating important locations around the world was seen on screen, Namor has been rumored to be coming to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

One of those locations appeared to be in the middle of the ocean, where Namor‘s home of Atlantis is situated, but there’s been absolutely no hint of his arrival since then (which is a shame, as he’d make a great MCU Avenger and could form part of a live action Illuminati).

However, rumors that Phase Four will finally bring him to the MCU have done the rounds in recent times and that would be awesome. He’s a legendary, classic Marvel character that staunch fans of the comic books would welcome to the big screen with open arms. His rights are currently in the air, but Marvel Studios have proven themselves capable of getting around such issues.
