8. Great Lakes Avengers/X-Men/Champions/Initiative

The best!!

Back when the West Coast Avengers were a thing (wish they still were; it's not fair that New York gets all the superheroes), Marvel decided to poke a little fun at themselves by creating the Great Lakes Avengers.

The GLA (get it?) were composed of the greatest superheroes of all time, including Mr. Immortal, Big Bertha, Flatman, Doorman, and Squirrel Girl, who, uh, actually is one of the most successful heroes in the Marvel Universe. Like, she beat up Dr. Doom and Thanos. She is a force to be reckoned with.

A Great Lakes Avengers movie would be a really charming, fun comedy along the lines of Guardians of the Galaxy. It will NEVER HAPPEN, but this list isn't about stuff I think will actually get made, it's about stuff I wish would get made. And I wanna see this soooooooooooooooooo bad.

Also, the joke about them constantly changing their name is really funny.
