Jurassic World takes the action of Jurassic Park to another level. With only 6 months or so until the release date - June 12th, that is - and one trailer already out in the open, another teaser promo is in preparation for the yearning public. It's no wonder they decided on a new trailer, given how well received the last one was.
Hopefully, the new teaser for Jurassic World will live up to our expectations and open the appetite for the upcoming flick. How many new fans will it manage to recruit? Well, that remains to be seen. But given the estimated investment - check the details below - I guess they count on a consequential outcome.
New Jurassic World teaser specs
No later than February 1st. This is when the promised - and confirmed, for that matter - teaser trailer will be released. And they mean business when they say they want maximum impact: the promo will be aired on TV, during Super Bowl. In fact, Jurassic World is actually the first movie enlisted for a spot during the competition, according to ABC News.
In next to no time, the Jurassic World teaser is expected to also appear on the web. But the TV release seems to be of no little importance for Universal Pictures. Knowing that a mere 30-second commercial broadcasted during Super Bowl is estimated to amount to some $4.5 million - a record, by the way - think what that means for an well above one minute promo. Colin Trevorrow's flick would better top the bill!
We can only hope their efforts and investment will pay off. Will you say tuned to Super Bowl in order to see the teaser? Jump in and share your thoughts. In the meanwhile, revisit the official trailer to get in the right mood for the next one. Enjoy!
