The promised Spider-Man: Homecoming promotional video was aired during the 2017 MTV Movie and TV Awards, and many have described it as the first clip from the Jon Watts flick. But it's not a genuine clip; it's more of a clip/trailer showing two separate scenes and a number of brief glimpses from others. But what really matters is that it's loaded with new footage.
The lion's share of the new video involves a scene with Tom Holland's Peter Parker and Jacob Batalon's Ned. Presumably following a day of work as the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, Peter sneaks into his own room through the window, and almost succeeds in not drawing anybody's attention.
He carefully shuts his door and turns toward his bed, only to realize that Ned has been sitting there gawking at him and holding a Lego Death Star, which he drops. Ned has just discovered that his friend is the Spider-Man "from YouTube", and he has a lot of questions. Peter, after initially trying to convince him otherwise, eventually starts providing honest answers, insisting that Ned tell no one.
In the following scene, Michelle (Zendaya) teases Peter, sternly asking him what he’s hiding. Before a baffled Peter can respond, she blows the whole thing off:
I'm just kidding. I don't care. Bye.

In addition to the promotional video, there’s a new TV spot with previously unseen footage from the July 7, 2017 release. We also have some promo art (via VK). Check them out below!
