Thanks to the photographers who thronged the Ant-Man and the Wasp set in Atlanta, we finally have some photos of Evangeline Lilly in her full Wasp costume and Walton Goggins as Sonny Burch.
Lilly shared the first photo of herself in the Wasp suit last month, but she wasn't wearing the helmet in that pic. We now have some new set photos in which she models both suit and helmet. One might argue that her wings are still missing, so she’s not in full costume. But it's likely that, as it was with the helmet’s visor, CGI will be used to create the wings in post-production stage.
Goggins plays a villain with no actual superpowers in the Ant-Man sequel. In the comics, Sonny Burch is a corporate villain who has ties to Cross Technologies, so the photos we have show nothing more than Goggins in a shirt and tie. If Marvel hadn't revealed the character’s identity at the 2017 San Diego Comic-Con International, we would have had a hard time figuring it out.
