Critics are calling it the best Marvel movie to date, and analysts are predicting a huge opening weekend for it. We, the fans, are just hoping for the next two weeks to go by as quickly as Quicksilver so we can finally watch Captain America: Civil War on the big screen! Marvel Studios has already shown us enough to make us feel this excited about the May 6 release.
But they aren't satisfied with the level of our anticipation for the movie. They want to boost it even higher, so the studio has released a couple of new TV spots for Captain America: Civil War. And each of them features new footage from the Russo Brothers flick. But before you get too excited, let me remind you that these are international commercials for the movie. So, don't expect to understand everything you hear - they’re not in English!
Captain America: Civil War TV spot with Baron Zemo footage!
A few days ago, Marvel offered the first official look at Daniel Brühl as Baron Helmut Zemo. Now, he is featured in footage in one of these new TV spots. But don't expect him to speak. And even if he were to speak, we wouldn’t understand a word, so we should be okay with it! Check out the Captain America: Civil War TV spot below!
Captain America: Civil War TV spot with Ant-Man footage!
Those of us who've seen the Ant-Man movie are familiar with the shrinking superhero's first encounter with Anthony Mackie's Falcon. Sliding inside Falcon's armor, Ant-Man tore up the plugs, causing massive internal damage to the armor. Paul Rudd's character does the same thing again in Captain America: Civil War. But this time the victim is Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man! Apparently, Falcon is enjoying the action as a spectator this time! Here's the commercial for you!
