A couple of new clips from Shazam! have surfaced on web along with a new TV spot for the April 5 release, offering plenty of fun new footage.
Not that we have had any scarcity of footage from Shazam!, but Warner Bros. seems to believe we haven't seen enough. So, it has launched some new promotional videos containing plenty of footage that wasn't part of the trailers or the extended clip released in the past.
One of the new clips finds Zachary Levi's titular superhero meeting Doctor Sivana, who clearly doesn't want his autograph, but wants his powers instead. The two trade blows, but the scene is more entertaining for its humor elements than for the action. Check it out below!
In the second clip, Darla Dudley discovers that her foster sibling Billy Batson now has the ability to transform into a much older-looking superhero by saying the magic word Shazam. The problem with Faithe Herman's character, however, is that she is not really good at keeping secrets, something that causes quite a bit of anxiety Billy and Freddy Freeman, portrayed Jack Dylan Grazer. Here's the clip for you!
Apart from the clips, a new TV spot for Shazam! has also arrived. It's mostly made up of the footage we saw in the previously-released promotional videos. There is, however, one shot of Mark Strong's Sivana grabbing Freddy by the collar, who shrieks, "Supervillain! Supervillain!" Check out the commercial below!

And here's the movie's Chinese poster that made its way online a couple of days ago!
We all have a superhero inside us, it just takes a bit of magic to bring it out. In Billy Batson's case, by shouting out one word"”SHAZAM!"”this streetwise 14-year-old foster kid can turn into the adult Super Hero Shazam, courtesy of an ancient wizard. Still a kid at heart"”inside a ripped, godlike body"”Shazam revels in this adult version of himself by doing what any teen would do with superpowers: have fun with them! Can he fly? Does he have X-ray vision? Can he shoot lightning out of his hands? Can he skip his social studies test? Shazam sets out to test the limits of his abilities with the joyful recklessness of a child. But he'll need to master these powers quickly in order to fight the deadly forces of evil controlled by Dr. Thaddeus Sivana.
