The Man Without Fear will apparently face Bullseye in Marvel's Daredevil Season 3.
At one time, it was rumored that Jason Statham would play Bullseye in the series’ second season, but that obviously never happened. Then in March 2016, Daredevil star Charlie Cox suggested during an interview that his character would eventually cross paths with his Marvel Comics rival, raising fans’ hopes for Season 3. Those hopes were once again dashed with the announcement that Kingpin was set to make a comeback and rumors that Sin-Eater might be added to the show’s cast.
However, That Hashtag Show recently reported that the character they previously identified as Sin-Eater was actually Bullseye, an athletic, but socially awkward, FBI agent who needs structure and rules to suppress the darkness inside himself.
THS then confirmed a November 17 Variety report suggesting that Wilson Bethel (Hart of Dixie’s Wade Kinsella) had taken on a role in Daredevil’s third season. At that point, the unidentified character was described as an FBI agent who will play a critical role in the conflict between Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk.
Bethel’s acting credits include roles on CBS’ The Young and the Restless, ABC’s period drama The Astronaut Wives Club, and the Discovery Channel’s miniseries Harley and the Davidsons. He’ll join Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, Vincent D'Onofrio, Rosario Dawson, and newcomers Joanne Whalley, Jay Ali, and Amy Ruthberg in Daredevil Season 3.
