Directors Anthony and Joe Russo don’t make a habit of giving away important plot points prior to a film's release. The brothers have already directed two Marvel Cinematic Universe flicks (Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Captain America: Civil War), but they’ve always avoided making revelations on their shared social media accounts, limiting themselves to sharing just a couple of posts here and there.
On top of that, the BTS pics they posted typically made no sense to fans. As an example, they posted this while Infinity War was still shooting:

But isn’t the whole purpose of a tease to make people speculate about its meaning and what will happen next? This post did spark some interesting conversation, although the Russos declined to confirm any one theory.
Now they’re back on Twitter with a new Infinity War photo! Like the others, it isn't a clear image, but it looks to be a picture of the aftermath of a major battle.

Of course, we won't know what this new photo – or any of the other Infinity war photos – means until we see the movie. But we believe that, like the teases for Captain America: The Winter Soldier, all of the shots depict important moments in the film.
We have a long wait ahead of us, though. The next MCU movie, Black Panther, will be released on February 16, 2018. Avengers: Infinity War will follow on May 4, 2018.
You never know…Maybe the Russos are teasing a trailer!!!
