Here’s Every Marvel TV Show Coming To Disney+ In 2025

Daredevil: Born Again / What If...Season 3

Marvel Studios has plenty in store for Disney+ subscribers next year. It’s been a relatively quiet year in 2024 by Marvel Cinematic Universe standards. We only had one movie in the form of Deadpool & Wolverine in theaters. On the TV side, there were three shows including Agatha All Along and Echo. But 2025 is going to be much bigger. Not only are we going to have several movies including Thunderbolts, Fantastic Four: First Steps and Captain America: Brave New World, but six different shows are coming to Disney+.

Marvel and Disney recently released a new trailer teasing what’s to come ahead of the Agatha All Along season finale. In it, it was confirmed that Deadpool & Wolverine will arrive on Disney+ on November 12. It was also confirmed that What If…? season 3 returns with daily episodes beginning on December 22. The real meat on the bones though is our first glimpses at the 2025 slate, including the long-awaited Daredevil: Born Again and Ironheart. Check it out.

We get brief looks at animated shows including Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Eyes of Wakanda and Marvel Zombies, which is based on Robert Kirkman’s beloved miniseries of the same name. On the live-action side, we got some footage of Daredevil’s much-anticipated return, as well as a glimpse at Ironheart and Wonder Man, which sees the return of Iron Man 3’s Trevor Slattery, once again played by Ben Kingsley. As for when to expect these shows? The full release schedule is as follows.

Disney+ release dates for all of the 2025 Marvel TV shows

  • Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man – January 29, 2025.
  • Daredevil: Born Again – March 4, 2025.
  • Ironheart – June 24, 2025.
  • Eyes of Wakanda – August 6, 2025.
  • Marvel Zombies – October 2025.
  • Wonder Man – December 2025.

Ironheart, in particular, has been a very long time coming. Originally developed as a potential movie at Marvel Studios, the character was introduced in 2022’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. The show finished filming way back in November 2022, meaning it will be nearly three years from wrap to release. That’s an unusually long gap. Similarly, Marvel Zombies has been in the works for years. The same can be said for Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.

Wonder Man, meanwhile, has also already been in the works for a couple of years. Aquaman star Yahya Abdul-Mateen II is on board to play the title character, with Shang-Chi director Destin Daniel Cretton on board as a producer. The reason it’s taking so long for these shows to come out is because Marvel Studios is slowing down on its output. They are beginning to take into account giving audiences too much, too fast. That means some of these projects are going to sit on the shelf for a while.

Here is the synopsis for Daredevil: Born Again.

“In Marvel Television’s Daredevil: Born Again, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), a blind lawyer with heightened abilities is fighting for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) pursues his own political endeavors in New York. When their past identities begin to emerge, both men find themselves on an inevitable collision course.”

The only disappointing thing is this means some shows are being pushed at least to 2026. X-Men ‘97 will have a two-year break before season 2 arrives, unless something changes. There’s also the matter of the Vision TV show, as well as potential second seasons for Hawkeye and Moon Knight.

What If…? season 3 premieres on December 22.
