Luke Cage is just the third of the Netflix/Marvel series, but it certainly doesn't feel like it. It is as if the two have collaborated for years in order to reach this level, at which their series are impatiently awaited by the fans. The first two seasons of Daredevil were massive hits, just like the Jessica Jones series. By the looks of it, Luke Cage will be a hit, too.
And, just like the two previous series, Luke Cage will have a theme of its own. And Cheo Hodari Coker, the showrunner, has been tasked with capturing the spirit of the show. It’s no surprise that the music will encapsulate what is like to live on the streets of Harlem.
And for this, Cheo Hodari Coker has managed to secure a soundtrack like we’ve never heard before, with each title of the new series being, in fact, a song title from the influential rap group Gang Starr. Today, the showrunner has revealed, via Twitter, all of the episode titles.
And here they are: Moment of Truth, Code of the Streets, Who's Gonna Take the Weight?, Step in the Arena, Just to Get a Rep, Suckas Need Bodyguards, Manifest, Blowin Up the Spot, DWYCK, Take It Personal, Now You're Mine, Soliloquy of Chaos, and You Know My Steez.

Of course, the titles of the episodes don't really reveal anything about the plot of each outing. However, taken as a whole, we can understand that Luke Cage will delve deep into the spirit of the culture. And, naturally, the rights for all of these songs have been acquired by Netflix.
So Luke Cage will most certainly have a different feel and theme than the previous two Netflix series. But we guess you already realized that from the trailers, with Shimmy Shimmy Ya, Made You Look, and I Can't Go to Sleep already having been featured.
