The first 3 episodes of Daredevil were just two days ago rated by the British Board of Film Classification as to their degree of featured violent scenes. Along with such rating, the source also released each episode's title and director.

Titled Into the Ring, the first episode of Daredevil was directed by Phil Abraham, most notably known for his work on The Sopranos. Staring Charlie Cox, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, Rosario Dawson, Vincent D’Onofrio, Ayelet Zurer, Bob Gunton, Toby Leonard Moore, Into the Ring gets a 15 rating.

In the USA, the British 15 would be translated as something in between PG13 and R, but mostly R. Just to shatter any misunderstanding, the accompanying description is puts it clearly: "strong violence, bloody images

It too directed by Phil Abraham, the second of the first three episodes of Daredevil is titled Cut Man. The rating is the same (15), and the accompanying message specifies "strong violence".

The mentioned cast reiterates Charlie Cox, Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson, and it's complemented by the said Rosario Dawson, Vincent D’Onofrio, Ayelet Zurer, Bob Gunton, Toby Leonard Moore.
