Daredevil surprised everybody last year, upon its release. It wasn't in any way like the previous big screen outing - it wasn't in any way like any other Marvel flick for that matter. The original Netflix series was as dark as a street-level superhero should be and asked some very interesting questions about the purpose of such beings.
It also benefited from one of the best Marvel heroes so far - Kingpin, portrayed to perfection by Vincent D'Onofrio. And what is even better is that the villain isn't dead just yet, thus leaving open the possibility of his return. Sure enough, we have no idea where his arc story might lead - but, even so, we are more than glad that he made it alive.
The second season of Daredevil, which will be released on the 18th of March 2016, promises to be even more action and drama packed. While we don't know just yet who will be the main antagonist, we are more than excited to see the new versions of both Punisher (Jon Bernthal) and Elektra (Elodie Yung) - especially the former one, who was announced to be a mainstay of the second season.
What will Daredevil bring us next? Well, you did see the teaser trailer, didn't you, with the last line uttered belonging to Frank Castle? You can watch it again below!

But the big news is that a new motion poster has been released, in a way announcing a full trailer - what's interesting is that there is no Avengers tower in the background, but plenty of other skylines from all around the world. The tagline is Across the globe, the streets just got safer.
