In the recently released trailer for Marvel's Iron Fist, Jessica Henwick's Colleen Wing insists that she will fight bad guys alongside Finn Jones' Danny Rand. When he turns down the proposition, she tells him, "You need me."
Well, Danny, she wasn't just bragging!
Netflix has released the first official clip for Iron Fist, and it shows Henwick's character taking on two burly guys in a steel cage. They make the mistake of dismissing her as "a little girl", and they pay for it in less than two minutes!
The Iron Fist trailer has shown us glimpses of this scene, and a couple of others, in which Colleen Wing kicks some serious ass. This clip really makes us look forward to seeing her in not only the next Marvel-Netflix venture, but also in another that releases later this year, Marvel's The Defenders.
I, for one, am already wishing for a Daughters of the Dragon spinoff featuring Colleen Wing and Simone Missick's Misty Knight. Doesn't that sound great?
