The Flash Movie – Tech Based Costume

The Flash

There are still about 3 years until The Flash arrives on the big screens, on the 23rd of March 2018. But the fans become more and more interested about this character, especially because the one in the TV series is so well written. So how will DC and Warner Bros manage to make two distinctive versions of the same character?

Appearance is the one that counts the most, especially when coming to superheroes. Their outfits are the ones that describe them just as much as their heroic actions. What is a superhero with a logo and a suit?

That is why DC and Warner Bros have hired Seth Grahame-Smith (who is also the main contender to both right and direct The Flash) to come up with a new costume for the 2018 movie. Since DC is adamant about keeping the TV shows out of the DC Extended Universe and since the studio also wants to differentiate as much as possible the two versions of Barry Allen, what can Grahame-Smith do but probe for different types of suits?

The rumor is he has already found what the Ezra Miller needs in order to be as different as possible from Grant Gustin. Check out the next page!

According to Den of Geek, Grahame-Smith has already found the perfect costume for the movie Flash. As the website says, the costume The Flash will be wearing will have nothing in common with the CW version, except - maybe - for the logo on the chest. Thus, the supposed writer-director has settled on a tech-based costume, pretty much like we have already seen elsewhere.

We are talking, of course, about the Injustice suit.

Den of Geek also provided further information about the character himself, saying that he isn't just a forensic scientist. He is also a tech geek (whatever that means, in this day and age) who might as well have designed his own costume.

Furthermore, we can also guess that the costume won’t be robotic – rather developed using some extravagant tech. Sure enough, it may seem to be all metal and stuff – but it might as well be just padding.

Of course, speculation says that he will be wearing a different kind of attire during the first Justice League film, which will be perfected for the Flash solo movie. Something else is interesting, though.

So far, the IMDB description says that the movie will be an origins one - however, seeing that Grahame-Smith took cues from the Injustice series, we are inclined to believe otherwise. Furthermore, the rumor is that Flash has already been active for a couple of years, well before the events of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. What gives?
