The Flash: First Look At Firestorm!

After the mid-season finale episode of the CW series The Flash, we had been kept busy by the makers on speculating who The Reverse Flash is or what links do Dr. Harrison Wells have with him or what is his secret room all about. We might have forgotten that there's an amazing character from the DC Comic Universe to be launched yet in the CW series, and that's the Firestorm! And the person who reminds us of the Firestorm is none other than the one who's taken up the role, the twenty six year old Canadian actor, Robbie Amell! You might as well think that he’s followed the foot steps of his cousin who plays another DC superhero, Arrow star Stephen Amell!

Robbie Amell's Post On Instagram

In Too Deep

In a recent post in the picture sharing website Instagram, Robbie Amell shared a photo of his in the Firestorm costume. In the text accompanying the photo, he mentioned that it was captured during the late night shoot of the previous night. Amell had been introduced in the third episode of The Flash named "˜Things you Can't Outrun' and later appeared in a couple of episodes. In the second half of the season, we will be seeing more of him and also for the first time as the Firestorm.

Firestorm Costume For The Flash

The photo that Robbie shared isn't from a close range or in bright daylight. It's in the dark and from a fair distance. In spite of that, we can see the Firestorm crest at his chest. The costume, to a great extent, differs from what we've seen in the comic world. Here's the snapshot of Robbie's post for you, but don't forget to share your opinion, guys!
