Knightmare Batman

One of the collectibles found at the New York Comic Con showcases the desert Batman, the Dark Knight who fights the Sons of Superman and actually breaks some necks in the process (apparently, Zack Snyder has a thing for breaking necks). As said, one of the rumors suggests that paranoia has engulfed Bruce Wayne and manifests itself.

And how does it do it? Via dreams – the name of the collectible, Knightmare Batman, is self-explanatory. Apparently, what we saw was just the Bruce Wayne dreaming a fight sequence in which he is forced to use lethal force. And this dream is also supposed to play a role in his decision on taking on the Man of Steel.

If this is true and Knightmare Batman is just some bad wordplay suggesting that Batman has nightmares, we are wondering how will Zack Snyder juggle with all the action, the flashbacks (yes, Thomas and Martha Wayne will die again), the dream sequences, and so on.

Maybe it would have been better if Superman actually turned evil…
