8. Lego Batman Movie

Who said that the Lego Batman doesn’t count?

Among all the superheroes present in the Lego Movie, Will Arnett’s Batman made the best impression. So if there was to be a sequel, he was the one deserving it. And it is happening, waiting to be released on the 10^th of February 2017.

Of course, the date would suggest that the studio doesn’t really trust this project – after all, February is where all the movies go and die. But Deadpool changed that. And since Lego Batman Movie doesn’t really have a strong competition (I wouldn’t call Fifty Shades Darker one, while John Wick 2 is certainly not a movie for the entire family), Will Arnett’s Batman will make a ton of cash!

Will Arnett isn’t the only big name to lend his voice in the movie. The others are Zach Galifianakis (Joker – this will be very interesting to see), Michael Cera (Robin), Rosario Dawson (Batgirl), Ralph Fiennes (Alfred Pennyworth) and Mariah Carey (Mayor Marion Grange). So this is a pretty serious main cast.

This movie cannot fail! And, hopefully, it will spawn a franchise of its own!

Just like the Lego Movie – which was released in the same timeframe. Check out the trailer below!
