Nicolas Cage

Nicolas Cage was almost playing Superman once upon a time. Even though that eventually didn’t happen, Cage still managed to portray a couple of other comic book characters. One of them is the Marvel anti-hero Ghost Rider, a character he played twice – in the 2007 flick Ghost Rider and the 2012 sequel Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance.

In 2010, he portrayed another Marvel character, Damon Macready, aka Big Daddy, in the Matthew Vaughn venture Kick-Ass.
