The Justice League (17 November 2017)
Initially called The Justice League: Part One, the Zack Snyder directed ensemble movie will see almost the entire Justice League united on the big screens for the first time. We have already seen Wonder Woman, Batman, Superman, Aquaman, and Flash in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. 2017 will give all of them full roles, with Cyborg having a central one (since he is made from a Mother Box, apparently).
The villain has been revealed at the end of Batman v Superman and he is Steppenwolf (who is portrayed by Ciarán Hinds). As the journalists’ visit on the set has revealed, the Justice League will fight his army of Parademons throughout the entire flick.
It isn’t known whether Darkseid will be explicitly teased or not – however, the rumor says that the ruler of Apokolips will cameo in the beginning of the movie, during a flashback scene presenting his first attempt of conquering Earth.
We’ve had a teaser-trailer released at last year’s Comic Con, as well as a first full trailer this year – and it is safe to say that Snyder made a great decision in casting Jason Momoa as Aquaman. It remains to be seen whether his storytelling skills have improved since the release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
