Darth Vader: Rise of an Empire

While we know that Vader is just a secondary baddie (with Darth Sidious taking the first place), we also know that he was basically the enforcer in this relationship, the one who made everybody tremble in the face of the emperor.

Of course, his story between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope was presented "“ but in other mediums. Vader is one of those Star Wars characters who deserves at least one solo movie (though there could easily be three, given the amount of material). For example, we are very interested to seeing on-screen his reaction when finding out that the Skywalker lineage didn't end with him "“ will he consider the Emperor an even bigger liar?

Or, for example, we'd like to see him chasing the Jedi who escaped Order 66 "“ is there actually light within Vader?

The prequels took away very much from this character. From the most iconic villain of all times, he became a lovesick puppy. A solo film (or a string of solo films) will do him justice and show the world (and the galaxy, for that matter) why he is the biggest baddie of them all.
