You can't have a list about the sexiest actresses who portrayed superheroines without the actress who played Onatopp. That is a given - Famke Janssen has portrayed Jean Grey in 3 movies, with cameo appearances in others. So she definitely deserves a place on this list.

Anne Hathaway

You may not like the actress (the princess, as he is derided often), but you cannot deny that she is one of the sexiest actresses. And she makes this list because she portrayed Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises.

Sure, this may be a difficult choice - who is the sexiest between Carla Gugino and Malin Akerman? Well, for me at least, it is the first Silk Spectre, mainly because of her retro superheroine outfit. I'm not into latex too much (as Silk Spectre II would say), and that short (very short) dress looked awesome on her (ok, it wasn’t a dress…).
