Eradicator

Eradicator was one of the characters from the failed Superman Lives script. Seeing how interesting his backstory is, I can totally understand why Kevin Smith wrote him in. He isn’t actually a straight up villain, but this is why he is so interesting. Like Zod, he just wants to preserve all Kryptonians. And while the Man of Steel sequel could see him clash with Superman in the beginning, the end might bring them together.

So, basically, he would be adapted to be a better (and far more powerful) Zod. Which would be great, as far as I am concerned, because, in a way, it would wash away the aftertaste of Man of Steel’s neck breaking finale.

I know – the DCEU does not need another Kryptonian. But Eradicator is something special. Plus, this would mean that Superman would finally have a Fortress of Solitude in this continuity.
