Guy Pearce
Guy Pearce, for the comic book movie fans, is best known for his take on Aldrich Killian in the very divisive Iron Man 3. However, he had much bigger and more important roles before that. Memento is, obviously, the first one to come to mind. And then there is also LA Confidential, where he shines among actors such as Kevin Spacey and Russell Crowe.
Of course, the biggest question is whether he’d want to appear in another comic book movie, one that is bound to be filled with CGI. But, if he does, he can certainly deliver an incredible performance.
He has the right suaveness for the role – he is charming, but there is also something unlikeable about his persona. And this is a great mix, especially when it comes to portraying a hardened character who has seen it all.
Guy Pearce is, in my opinion, another interesting choice for Constantine in Justice League Dark. Although I doubt that Warner Bros. would take him into account (he does have a pretty busy schedule), I wouldn’t be too surprised if he was announced.
