Ant-Man and the Infinity War

In the MCU, it is expected for Thanos to become the god-like creature from the comics, once he assembles his Infinity Gauntlet. With power over the entire universe, he will be unstoppable (of course, we still don’t know why there are two Infinity Gauntlets in the MCU, as Feige said, just like we don’t know if he tricked us and there is just one), even in front of the united forces of all the heroes presented until Ant-Man, with the Guardians of the Galaxy included.

That is right, until Ant-Man – as said, the minuscule superhero has brought a new dimension to the MCU, the Quantum Realm, which can be the one dimension which unites cosmic powers, science and magic into one. It can be seen as a link between all of these, the binder which finally cements the diverse MCU.

But this isn’t all – the Quantum Realm isn’t just this. It is also an opportunity for Ant-Man himself to hide amid the cosmic powers of the Infinity Stones and thus escape the destruction laid by Thanos. There is a precedent in the comics, with Adam Warlock actually being inside the Soul Gem before helping in the fight against the Mad Titan.
