4. Darkseid

He is one of the most powerful beings in the DC Universe and he is a supervillain. Darkseid’s goal is to conquer the Universe. Meanwhile he is at the helm of his own planet, Apokolips. His character is inspired by a tyrant (Adolf Hitler) and the planet he rules is similar to the Nazi Germany. He indoctrinated the inhabitants of his planet and uses them as his underdogs.

He possesses the Omega Beams power, a force that emerges from his eyes or hands that can erase living objects and organisms from existence. Only Superman and Doomsday are invulnerable to the power of the beams, also called the “Omega Effect”.

He can trap organisms in alternate realities, he can control the size of his body and he is immortal. Wherever he is, he brings his evil forces with him. Darkseid is obviously redoubtable and dangerous.
