Wearing a cape itself entitles any normal person to completely transform into superman in no time. It is fun. It is undoubtedly the easiest costume that one can easily get.

This person in the picture is not an ordinary man. He is Mr. Phil Morley, a boss at a hospital, who is transformed into a superman. He is the chief of a National Health Service Centre in the United Kingdom. He has also released a video that shows him dancing to the tunes of Amarillo. It is a good sort of failed superman cosplay attempt, honestly.
