Well, it was kind of a bummer when Tom Hardy left the Suicide Squad, when he was supposed to be the leader of the team - but all is for the best, since there is still more than 1 year until the movie will be released (5th of August 2016).
And, by the looks of it, Suicide Squad will not be just an ensemble movie, but also a film that will be a starting point for other solo movie featuring both the villains and the heroes (yes, there will be hints of Batman in the film).
Two different sources from Latino Review came up with several plot points that surely aroused our interest. Check it out!
Suicide Squad - early on
It appears that Amanda Waller (check it out in here) is out for capturing all the super-powered heroes and villains - since she has already dealt with Harley Quinn previously, she moves the Joker to a high security prison. Batman's nemesis will spend most of the movie in his cell, only to break out in the end.
Deadshot and Harley have already met, while she was trying to free Puddin - they are already captured and with explosives attached to their heads. Boomerang is already a part of the Suicide Squad - but he and Deadshot have a beef, since Deadshot killed Boomerang's father.
The goal
The newly formed Suicide Squad is sent to capture a weapon Lex Luthor intends to use - this weapon is a woman with split personality and she is revealed to be the Enchantress. Rick Flag, who is supposed to be Waller's watchdog, double-crosses her boss and intends to keep the Enchantress for himself (together with all the super-powered beings captured by Waller, including in here King Shark). But this isn't all, since Rick Flag's father is revealed to be alive and working with his son.
Action scenes
There will be plenty of them - and Rick Flag will be the main character in two of these. However, Suicide Squad will have it its core three other characters, namely Deadshot, Harley Quinn and Joker.
