You will soon be able to watch The Marvels at home. The latest entry in The Marvel Cinematic Universe is coming to Digital and VOD next week, with a Blu-ray release to follow in February. Disney has confirmed that director Nia DaCosta’s sequel to Captain Marvel is will first hit digital retailers such Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV and Vudu on January 16. The film will then make its way to 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD on February 13.

Disney has not revealed when the film will be available on Disney+. As is the case with all MCU films, this one will eventually make its way to the streaming service but that probably won’t happen until at least March at this point. The film stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers, Iman Vellani as Ms. Marvel and Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau. The release will also come packed with bonus features, which we’ve included below.

Here is the synopsis for The Marvels.

“Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree. When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole, her powers are entangled with super-fan Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol’s estranged niece, astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team up and work together to save the universe.”

The Marvels originally hit theaters in November and didn’t perform well, making just $206 million worldwide. That makes it the lowest-grossing MCU movie to date against a sizable $220 million budget. That is particularly disappointing given that Captain Marvel made $1.1 billion worldwide. However, that was sandwiched between Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame at the peak of superhero popularity. A lot has changed since then. As a result, it’s unclear what the future holds for these characters.

The Marvels arrives on Digital and VOD on January 16.
