#6: Trans Fats and Partially Hydrogenated Oils
Found in many store-bought pastries, fried foods, and cheap margarine, trans fats are hands-down the worst fats you can eat—they directly damage your arteries and spike inflammation. Check ingredient labels for "partially hydrogenated" oils. Even if a product says "0g trans fat," it might still contain trace amounts. Opt for butter, nut butters, or avocado instead.
