#5: Store-Bought Smoothies and Bottled Juices
You assume you’re being healthy, but commercial smoothies and juices are basically liquid sugar—often 40+ grams per bottle—without the fiber that makes whole fruit good for you. Even "100% juice" offers minimal satiation compared to eating an orange whole. Make your own smoothies at home with whole fruit, spinach, and protein powder, or just eat the fruit.
