#13: Gingko Nuts (In Large Amounts)
In traditional Asian cuisine, gingko nuts are enjoyed in moderation, but eating too many can cause gingko toxicity—symptoms include seizures, loss of consciousness, and digestive issues. The roasted nuts sold in Asian markets are considered safe at normal serving sizes (a handful is fine). Avoid the raw versions and don’t overdo it.
