With less than twenty days remaining before Suicide Squad rolls into theaters, Warner Bros. has launched new trailer for the movie. It might be just sixty-one seconds in length, but this new trailer features a whole lot of new footage from the August 5 release.
This new Suicide Squad trailer revolves around Viola Davis' Amanda Waller and Joel Kinnaman's Rick Flag. While the latter argues against sending Task Force X on a mission because he thinks they need "real soldiers" and "not these scumbags", the former seems to have no intention of changing her mind, because she firmly believes that "Everyone has a weakness, and weakness can be leveraged."
At one point in the trailer, we see Will Smith's Deadshot making a comment about Waller: "That is just a mean lady." In response, Flag, who is standing next to him, nods and agrees, "Yeah!"
There's another scene in this new Suicide Squad clip in which Flag urges Waller to "accept the consequences", to which she responds, "I am your consequence!"
Throughout the entire trailer, we get glimpses of new footage featuring The Joker (Jared Leto), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) and other Suicide Squad members. However, we don't get any new dialogue from any of them. Check it out below!

Despite the fact that it features loads of new footage, it’s unlikely that this clip is our final trailer for the David Ayer flick. It's more of an extended teaser than a full trailer.
It might be safe to assume that they could launch the last Suicide Squad trailer during the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con International 2016.
A couple of days ago, we came across a bunch of character vignettes for the movie with some new footage. We also got to read the description of a particular scene from Suicide Squad's first Act.
