9. Poison Ivy

Who can forget the seductress with plants? The name poison ivy is not only justified with the character, but is definitely one of the greatest villains that you can find in the Batman comic series.

She happens to be one of the iconic female images of Batman villains, and although a relatively new addition to the Batman will list, she is hell bent on taking over Gotham and making sure that her crazy plants can have a say in the administration of this particular city. You could call the first eco-friendly villain in the Batman series.

This silent seductress has been able to manipulate her way through a lot of sticky situations, engrossing the lives of people that opposed her, and made sure that she would be the sole responsibility of evil in Gotham, along with her favorite sidekick plants and creepers. Gotham has truly been able to see a villain of such a nature.
