Yes, the crooked nose villain is definitely a famous character in the Batman comic series. Probably portrayed as a surprisingly versatile character, this is one of the best-known villains that you would find in the Batman comic series, and also happens to be the ideal match for Batman.

Looks just like Batman, but has the felony charges and the villainy that is associated with almost all the villains in the Batman comic series. There is no denying the fact that she's not only gorgeous, but has the lethal capabilities of taking out any character.

However, she is an intriguing character in her own right, and has been so for a long period of time. She shares most of interest with Batman, and that in fact makes it extremely difficult for Batman to pick up on the scent of this particular villain.

Catwoman is not only agile, a master thief and a scoundrel, but she also has a side of charm that is enticing and can take care of any man, without any issues. Batman has always got to be in his toes to keep up with the speed of Catwoman, and that makes for a riveting experience for the people reading the comic books.

4. Riddler

Of course, there is absolutely no list complete without the inclusion of the Riddler in the Batman villain series. After all, not only does it come up with a lot of intriguing puzzles in order to confuse Batman, but he is definitely one of the most intimidating villains, not in the sheer strength of size, but due to the confusion he creates.

So, you do realize that the Riddler is one of the toughest components in the game of cat and mouse with Batman and Batman always triumphs.

3. Two Face

Also known as Harvey Dent, two face is the most charismatic, intriguing, as well as hurtful villain that you can find in the Batman comic series. A former lawyer, this character has not only been hell bent on taking care of Gotham and its residents, but also has come to the conclusion that Batman is the root of all troubles.

So, even though there is a physical and chemical side associated with this character, there is nothing that comes between revenge, hate, and the physical satisfaction of beating Batman to a pulp by this character. Although his face may be awe-inspiring and jaw breaking at the same time, he has been able to think of his own brand of justice to be the best there is.

That way, two face is unique. However, the hate towards Batman is also the prime reason that he has not been able to settle down, as readers, we enjoy the best of this competition.

2. Ra's Al Ghul

Known as the former mentor of Bruce Wayne, a.k.a. Batman, this is a person that is not only dangerous on so many levels, but has been able to constantly ridiculed back when into submission.

However, living as an international assassin, this person is not only noted educator and a mentor to most of the villains and small-time criminals in Gotham, but he has been able to make sure that his hatred for Batman comes out in the most innovative ways. Always looking to destroy Gotham and its residents, thinking them to be the root of all evil, Ra's Al Ghul is definitely one of those terrorist minded villains that you can find in the Batman comic series.

This is one person that Batman fears coming across, but has always been able to go one up against this villain. Ra's Al Ghul is a shrewd character, but then he has to be to keep up with the Batman.

1. Joker

There is no doubt that everybody fears a madman, Batman included. So, when you have Joker as your formidable villain, there is absolutely nothing that you can do to stop this character from becoming one of the most favorite villains in the Batman series.

What makes this character so dangerous is the unpredictability that comes with this character, the typical appearances, and what seems to be the manic patience of a person to absolutely take care of Batman in all possible harmful ways.

Yes, the Joker, as it seems is a person that not only likes jokes that are a bit dark in nature, but also happens to be a person that is truly dark in all the wrong places. Harley Quinn is sometimes the Sidekick of this character, but then Joker has been known to work his best when he's alone, and can concentrate his full effort on taking down Batman and ruling over Gotham.
