If Rogue One: A Star Wars Story isn't the most anticipated movie of 2016 for you, too, after the release of the other two, then we don't know which one is. Following the huge box office success of Star Wars: The Force Awakens (even if, at times, it felt like watching an older movie), Rogue One will take the fans back to a time when the Empire was ruling strong and the galaxy saw the unveiling of its newest weapon. A team of mercenaries is hired in order to steal the plans for this ultimate weapon - and you already knew that, just like you know how it will all end.

But this isn't the point - Rogue One is still a movie set in the Star Wars universe, and it will shed some light on previously unknown details.

Such is the case with this new piece of information, coming from the Edelweiss catalogue, via CBM. There may be some spoilers here - so consider yourself warned!

Still here? Darth Vader will return! If this pic isn't a confirmation, then we don't know what is! Sure enough, director Gareth Edwards said (quite a while ago) that there will be no Force users in Rogue One. However, that was a long time ago, before the film started shooting. So, even if it will be just a brief cameo, Vader will still be featured.

Other than that, there are quite a few extra details about the characters from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, including both heroes and the villains. Don't expect to see, though, any details about the character portrayed by Mads Mikkelsen, rumored to be Galen and the father of Jyn Erso. As you can see below, the movie will also feature the Death Troopers, as well as another type of droid.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will be released on the 16^th of December this year.
